This week, Rob takes us back a whole 9 years to Grand Prix Oakland, when a fresh-faced Matt Nass was already showing his not-quite-eternal formal prowess with a win in Extended. He played a fairly linear deck in Elves, but it was a pretty cool and diverse format back then.
After that, in The Light Stuff, Matt wants to hear our thoughts on the Hall of Fame. We’ve brought it up before but never in this much detail, and it turned out a really interesting chat – so much so that it took us all the way to the credits.
To end, Neil told us about something you probably want to hear for yourself: the 5 best ways of qualifying for a Mythic Championship. Yep, you read that right.
We’re now a week into the new Discord server and enjoying all the chats. Come and join the conversation! https://discord.gg/N2XWNqS
As always, you can also subscribe to our YouTube channel, or find us on Facebook and Twitter. Don’t forget our lovely sponsors, Magic Madhouse. And if, after that, you have some spare money left over, we’d really appreciate it if you could show us some support through Patreon.
Thanks for listening,
